George Seay
Owner/President

George is a Certified General Contractor, Roofing Contractor and Licensed Mold Remediator in the State of Florida with over 30 years experience. He is LEED AP Building Design + Construction accredited. 

With expertise in the design through construction phases of commercial and industrial projects, George works with several local Attorneys and national Insurance Companies as a Construction Consultant. His more than 30 years of industry experience, overseeing over 1,000 projects, enhances his ability to analyze construction claims from safety issues to means and methods.

Nicole Chaffee
Chief Financial Officer

Nicole has over 30 years experience in the construction field. Her responsibilities have included the direction of all financial and accounting activities, including job cost accounting, accounts receivable, account payable, payroll, general ledger, employee benefits plans, accounting, surety, legal, and banking relationships for construction firms with operations in the United States.

Clark Davis
Senior Project Manager

Clark has over 30 years experience of operations and project management in the construction industry. His wealth of knowledge and experience increased his role and responsibilities within our company. Clark is responsible to plan, organize, lead and control the project efficiently and effectively.

Michael Coulter
Senior Project Manger

Michael has over 10+ years. He is responsible for the coordination and managing of our assisted living clients, residential, and special projects.

Jose Ferrer
Project Manager

Jose has over 10+ years in his construction background. He has managed from small commercial projects to larger projects as a superintendent, assistant coordinator, assistant project manager, and project manager. Jose has a master’s in business administration and worked with a variety of commercial clients over his ten-year career.

Tan Dao
Project Coordinator
Tan has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, bringing his expertise in the procurement of resources and materials. His responsibilities include acquiring and coordinating contacts, personnel and materials on multiple jobs. He also assists the Project Managers with the coordination of job setup and keeping the job running smoothly. He is also the liaison for permitting between owners and county officials. Tan has earned his Bachelor Degree in Project Management with honors.

Devin Flynn
Project Manger / Superintendent
Devin has a long list of experience ranging from site development general contracting, welding, and nondestructive testing. He also carries an API PR-2D certificate in Rigging, OSHA HAZWOPPER 40 and has his Transportation Worker Identification Credential. Devin has recently joined our team in 2020 after running a successful remodeling business of his own. During this time, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the field including standard industry practices, subcontracting agreements, material selections, construction designs, industry misfortune, and lastly customer satisfaction. He strives personally to ensure his projects are in the top tier of construction.

Jorge De La Oliva Jr.
General Superintendent
He has worked with George Seay for 10 years and has had a Superintendent roll for 3 of them. Jorge oversees all projects ensuring that everyone is working safely, schedules are being kept and the jobs have all materials and staff to perform. Working closely with the superintendents he is a liaison between the field and office and can address issues quickly keeping both sides informed.

Mike Schaner
Superintendent / Foreman
Mike Schaner is one of GSeay, lnc.’s primary superintendents. Mr. Schaner has worked with George Seay for over 15 years and has successfully managed projects throughout central Florida. Mike brings trade knowledge as well as project site management experience.
