GSeay, Inc. was founded by George Seay on February 14, 2019. From day one, we have set out to be different from your average contractor. With a strong dedication to fostering our employees' growth in the construction industry, we invest in the health, education, and safety of our staff. Our subcontractors, employees, clients, and suppliers all know that when you work with GSeay, you’re part of the family. We strive to cultivate excellence and talent from within. Our diverse team is given the tools and has the knowledge to get the job done and reliably deliver beyond-the-blueprint.
Our company began as an idea on a back porch with the idea that we could be something better in this industry. Within 72 hours, we were an operating general contracting company. We have grown so quickly since our humble beginnings, and it is all thanks to our amazing clients that continue to come back to us time and time again and our strong team that makes everything happen. Our current office and warehouse is located in Apopka, Florida and is equipped with the tools, equipment, and people to get the job done, and get it done right.

Nicole Chaffee
Chief Financial Officer
Nicole has over 30 years experience in the construction field. Her responsibilities have included the direction of all financial and accounting activities, including job cost accounting, accounts receivable, account payable, payroll, general ledger, employee benefits plans, accounting, surety, legal, and banking relationships for construction firms with operations in the United States.
Jose Ferrer
Project Manager
Jose has over 15+ years in his construction background. He has managed from small commercial projects to larger projects as a superintendent, assistant coordinator, assistant project manager, and project manager. Jose has a master’s in business administration and worked with a variety of commercial clients over his ten-year career.
Justin Philips
Project Manager
New ParagraphJustin Philips brings over a decade of hands-on experience as a field employee and superintendent to his new role as Project Manager. With a diverse background in managing construction projects ranging from ground-up builds to commercial renovations, Justin possesses a deep understanding of the industry. His dedication and commitment are evident in his ability to effectively manage employees and foster strong teamwork. Justin's passion for delivering successful projects and his well-honed managerial skills make him a valuable addition to our team.
Catherine Gaillard
Project Coordinator
Catherine came to GSeay, Inc. with over 15 years of office management and retail management experience. She has spent the last 4 years in retail selling building materials from blocks to finishings to contractors for jobs both residential and commercial. Her desire to stay in the building industry but leave retail works out great for her current position as Project Coordinator.
Tammy Gatlin
Assistant Project Manager
Tammy Gatlin has been in the construction and hospitality field for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of experience to GSeay, Inc. enabling us to expand our horizons and maintain the customer satisfaction all our clients expect. The portfolio of construction projects Tammy has managed range from hotel rehabs, exterior finishes and repairs, HVAC, restaurants, and pools and spas, cabin rehabs including decks, sea walls, Security kiosks, food trucks, the enhancement of environments for non-domesticated animals, Entertainment Meet and Greets including lighting and scenic elements, as well as Attraction renovations. Her responsibilities include Estimating, Scheduling, subcontracting agreements, Safety Committee member and Administration. She has completed OSHA 30 training and attended University of Toronto.

His keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills have consistently ensured successful project outcomes. Nick's unwavering dedication to our company's mission and his proven track record make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Coleman Seay
Superintendent
Coleman Seay is an accomplished construction professional currently serving as a superintendent . With years of hands-on experience and a strong foundation gained from assisting his father in his construction business, Coleman brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He is currently pursuing a Construction degree at Seminole College to further expand his expertise. As a superintendent, Coleman excels in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project coordination. His commitment to continuous growth, combined with his passion for delivering high-quality results, make him an invaluable asset to the construction team.
